hello doctor, I have a twin daughters age of 3 years ...one is smart and repeat the sentences after ....and knows meaning too but one is only speak in a word like mummy daddy chalo shoes biscuit choclate good night but sings full rhymes and alphabate counting she knows everything ...but don't speak in like ....what to do

A. Hello dear parent! Limit the screen time. Communicate more with your kids. Keep telling stories and sing and play together. Few elders suggest to give a teaspoon of honey in the mornings for better health and speech. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
