Hello Doctor, I have 18 months old baby girl. sometimes she used to get fever without any cold symptoms. I used to give her antibiotics and paracetamol syrup for 3 days without consulting doctor. please let me know whether it is right to do?

A. why so cold. if this is of concern to you then I would request you to take help of a nearby doctor around you and best would be to clear any doubt about this issue to be assured for now .
