Q.

Hello doctor I delivered a baby boy via episiotomy in July. I’m only breastfeeding my baby, so I’m taking a diet including 1.5 lt milk, ghee, vegetables,fruits etc. Now I’m facing pain in heels while standing and gas problem.Please help

A. hi dear Baby cereal is the most recommended first food for infants. Prepare the cereal with formula or breast milk. It will give the cereal a texture and taste that he is already familiar with. Cereal is also one of the least allergenic foods, making it suitable for babies of 4 months.
