hello doctor, I am the mother of a 23 day old baby. The baby breastfeeds perfectly. Only she breastfeeds continuously for 2 to 2.5 hours. Is this natural? And my right breast is hurting a lot .. what is the reason for this? There is plenty of milk in the breast. Excessive breastfeeding does not cause lumps. Why does the right breast still hurt and what to do about it?

hi dear mom...if the latch is not correct. then only breast can pain....no need to feed fur 2 hrs.. at a stretch..some babies just keep sucking because they feel warmth of mom..when they are close to you....feed from both breast...one by Ken.15 min from one side.
