Hello doctor, I am mother of 3 months old baby.. only breastfeeding,how to find out whether baby is getting enough milk as sometimes breast are fuller and sometimes not..

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done.
if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normalll then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child.
your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding.

As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine a minimum of 6 to 8 times in a day, reaching milestones then your baby is feeding well. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand.
