Hello Doctor, I am a mother of one year old baby girl and I have a question today about my baby her skin become very red with dotted pimples near thighs and around vagina why it happen and what is the remedy to reduce this rash

First you have to confirm whether it is a rash it is a fungal infection because maybe are using diapers either for a very long duration or 24 x 7 which is why this happening so currently either you can apply Boroline antiseptic cream if it helps otherwise you can apply a candidate be ointment if it is a fungal infection
