Q.

Hello Doctor i am a mother of 6 yrs old daughter and she is having high fever of 102 given paracetamol thrice already and fever didn't slow down..shall I give her hot sponge bath now?Thanks.

A. yes of fever is not responding half hour after giving paracetomol then you can do spong bath to bring down temprature . give lots of rest and fluids to yiur child.

A. hi parent I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about it because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment please keep your child well hydrated with more liquid diet please measure temperature with Babyhug digital thermometer
