hello doctor i am a mother of 12 yrs old girls there is a problem of hair fall to me pls suggest me π

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial.
Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important.c
Iron and Zinc also plays importanvt role.
Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .
A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary .
Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.
