hello doctor I am 7months pregnant with twins, I am having constipation from yesterday n difficult to pass stools n feeling pain in anal area, plz suggest any cream to apply near the anal area for pain is due to passing to hard stools.

A. use glycerine suppository at anal region. you should increase more of liquid diet And include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits, which has fibers. apply lignocaine jelly at anal region when pain.
