hello doctor, I am 40 years old .my hairs are getting white....what is the reason ...I have no deficiency..nor any hair die..nothing...what ti do to stop this or it's reversible?

It is not reversible you cannot do anything about it sometimes the hair start to become white as per the age adult in the food the diet that you are following as there could be number of reasons associated that so you can check with your doctor if you need to
