Hello Doctor, I am 34 weeks and 4 days pregnant now and have a severe hemorrhoid problem. For 2 days it is very painful and no bleeding. I used to take warm water sitting. Can you suggest any remedy for this.

A. Continue taking hot sitz bath and take care of one thing never let constipation occur so drink plenty of water and eat fibre rich fruits and vegetables and start taking one teaspoon ghee in warm milk at bed time
