PLACENTA- Anterior in the body. Lower pole of placenta is 3cm from internal os. Grade II in maturity. No evidence of any placental anomaly.
IMPRESSION - Intra uterine pregnancy of about 31 - 32 wks gestation in transverse lie.

is it normal?
