. hello doctor! How to increase feeding supply if less?

A. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself

A. You can take lactation supplements good amount of proteins I would like a rich protein diet veg and non-veg both have a good amount of liquid into your daily diet which is what is going to be helpful and along with that lactation supplements are important so do think of taking them
