hello doctor how to care my baby's dry skin. becose I tried all lotions. home remedies but no use my baby legs and hands so dry so what can I do for this.?

A. use Vaseline pure petroleum jelly. also Implement a daily massaging, bathing and moisturizing routine to protect skin and lock in moisture. keep her well hydrated by giving sufficient fluids.
