hello doctor how much milk is Enough for 7 and 5 years kid

A. you can give twice or thrice a day 250 ml at one time. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for healthy growth

A. About 500 ML2 700 ML approximately that the child can have in a day it would completely depends as to what amount of milk you’re giving at one time is approximately I would say about 500 ML even if you’re giving 200 ML at a point of time or 250 to 500 ML easily naughty
