hello doctor, from the 3rd day of my baby's birth water is coming from his right eye. now he is 3months old and still having one watery eye

Your child could probably be having a tear duct blockage so I think it would be good that you do a massage onto the nose of your child in between the area of the ice clockwise and anticlockwise 3 to 4 times in the day and do get a check with the paediatrician as well
