hello doctor, for My 16 months old daughter developed white spots on her face from few days white might be the reason doctor and preveously i used teddy bar soap but now from 1 month i am using dermadew baby soap will it be the reason for white spots on her face

there are different reasons like dry skin, nutritional deficiency, infection etc which can cause it.
so please give massage to your child daily
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
keep your child Hydrated
keep your child in well vantileted room
don't use soap while bathing your child.
don't give bath for more than 10 minutes
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
