Hello doctor, could you suggest me one health drink powder like horlicks, pediasure or etc, which is good for child?

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi...most of the Health mixes are loaded with sugar and preservatives. Please opt for the ones which are absolutely natural with no added sugar or preservatives.
As for making homemade health mixes you can try making dry fruits powder, badam mix, protein powder, turmeric masala milk, raab mix etc.
