Food I can suggest you of course but the timings you will have to set according to the sleep and wake up time of your child and as per your comfort how would you want to work because we’re such a small child there is no schedule that you can set according to the hunger only you’ll have to feed so you can give the water rice water Khichdi Dalia fruits vegetables and varieties of food prepared out of ragi Suji and oats then you can also give Paneer cheese and curd
