Hello Doctor... can we clean outer part of ears of the baby..

Yes That you can clean it’s not an issue but just don’t use anything pointed or something use a soft cloth to clean that area I don’t even use earbuds and for the internal area if you feel it has become dirty at any point of time then you can take a guidance from an ENT doctor ones

do not use anything like earbuds to clean the internal ear.
this will only do more harm as wax will get impacted inside deep and will cause more problcem.
if you feel that the child is having some problems in the internal ear tchen kindly meet your doctor for examination.
if the child is having wax problem and not improving with drops you have to get it removed with the help of your ent doctor.
