hello doctor, can i use tummy shaper after c-section delivery. delivery date was 18 dec 21

A. hello yes ypu can be using tummy tucker now which is safe and not a problem and you can use it as per your comfort which should be safe and not a problem too.. along you should also be doing walki g and excercise which can help to reduce your belly fat
