hello doctor by mistake my baby eye was hit by my finger and a red spot came and since 4-5 hrs this spot is not gone I have attached an image. what to do pls help

A. at present baby is having collection of blood on The sclera it is better you consult once a doctor for physical examination of the baby at present we can put some antibiotic drops
