hello doctor after my normal delivery I got period which is very painful at back and vagina can u please suggest me on this please

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. If you are breastfeeding your baby then you can take tab paracetamol only as other drugs reach the baby through milk and can be harmful.
The pains will be there for a few more cycles

Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Maintain hydration
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hygiene
Take a good care
Or try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda
