Hi mom 
Skin complexion is genetic and depends on the complexion of the parents. 
No cream or lotion can make baby fair. 
If the skin got dark after birth then this is due to hormonal changes which are seen till 8-9 months. After that u will see the real colour. 
U can buy babyhug products for healthy and glowing skin.
