RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. It should be about to 15 to 18 KG is as of now say your child is quite overweight by like three or 4 KG so of course you should do work on reduction of the weight gain of your child I would advise you to consult a nutritionist once regarding the same
