Hello docter, actully muje 15 month ka baby boy h or baby hone ke baad say muje ab tak back pain bahot jyada hai, what is a solution for this

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello ma'am you need to make little changes in your lifestyle for that first you have to make your posters correct do not bend too much directly always bend on your knees do not carry heavy things just at once do hot compression go for stretching yoga ask to doctor for supplements if needed and if required go for the Physiotherapy as well
