hello doc please suggest an iron suppliment syrup for my 10 months old baby boy.i am using tonoferon drops but due to smell baby is not having it.

A. yes it is due to iron . No need to worry mommy . It is fine for the baby . It happen in some babies and willbe normal in some days . There is no need to panic or give any medicine for this to baby .
