hello doc my son is 1॰5 year old he mostly has constipation problem please guide what to do as it is winter time and I can't give him curd

A. just more of water and fruits .Hard stool is very common in babies ; due to low fiber and water intake . So increase the quantity for water and fiber . Also lactulose can be used if severe constipation is there and it is trouble some .
