hello doc.. my baby will be 4 months in another 2 days. my concern is about her weight, she has gained only 70 gms over last 15 days and also she is passing urine only around 6 to 7 times a day. until last month she was gaining around 200gms per week and also passed urine more than 10 times a day. please advise.

it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
mothers milk helps weight gain
