Hello doc,, my baby is 3 months old.. even after burping he spits out some milk for 2-3 times per feeding.....is it normal?? can I feed him after he spit out... what should I do to avoid spitting...

Spitting is normal
It can be minimized but not be reduced to zero.
So burp her well
Coconut oil massage is helpful
(wirh her stomach empty)
mom should not.use RO water, packaged and processed food, maida items, excess sugar and salt
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 359
take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
