A. 700 g in one month is an amazing weight gain I think you are just overreacting to it I don’t know how much are you expecting your child to gain in a month but a minimum gain is 500 g of child gain 700 g it’s a very healthy so you don’t need to do anything extra for weight gain because this is already very good
