Hello doc my 1 yr old baby is underweight nd has very low immunity soo catches cd easily with teething also happening at same time. What cn i gv to improve his immunity and weight? can I give A-Z syrup to d baby ? please advise

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. To improve immunity of the baby which will help in preventing diseases you have to givekru a proper balanced diet which will also help proper growth and development , can also give multivitamin supplement under the advice of your doctor
