hello doc I have to get back to my work. how can I continue my breastfeeding as a working women. plz guide me how to store breast milk.

A. you can store your milk at room temperature till 4 hours and when keeping it in refrigerator then you can store for 24 hours. some moms say you can store more than 24 hours but i won't recommend that . you can lukewarm the stored milk and feed the baby through feeding bottle
