Hello doc From past 2-3 days I was experiencing severe pain in my right breast while feeding .today left breast started paining when my baby is latching. Any home remedy for this . I am applying desi ghee bt getting relief for 10 mins only

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Apply warm compress by soaking a towel in warm water and apply on breast or use a hot water bag and also gently massage the breast towards nipple and keep feeding the baby
