A. by upt. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

A. you can do a pregnancy test at home using pregnancy kit which is available in medical shops. If you get a positive result, you can consult doctor later. hope this helps you
