Hello dc. my baby is 18 month old he's in over weight 14.5.. what can I eat ... it's reduce to weight plzz suggest me..

Only give homemade freshly prepared food to ur baby. Avoid giving packed food, high calorie food like sugary bakery junk food.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, no health issues then no need to worry
