can i m pregnant for second time . I have been having thyroid since past 8 yr and just detected with diabetes
dr has givn me following medicine
glycomet sr 500
fol123
bp medi nicardia 10 mg
and thyroid i m taking 50 mg thyroxine

i need to check is nicardia 10 mg is harmful for my babby development
my bp is 130 /80
plz reply is it safe to have all this medicine

well then you need speocialist care ok. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
