hello , can anyone know what is this , is this any kind of rash or anything else. my baby is 2.5 months old

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. Difficult to say looking like an infection but I really am not very sure about it as to what it could be so better to have a physical assessment with your doctor will at least be able to make clear what is the issue and they can advise you accordingly
