hello...beta abhi 18months ka hai..thoda thoda bol raha hai..woh kabhi kabhi bahut chid jata hai...gussa bhi karta hau.chila ta bhi hai. screaming.. fussyness .. tantrums show karta hai...is these are normal in this age... kindly help me out

This normally happens when a child is unable to express a feeling specially when they can talk or secondly sometimes when they’re having their teeth so you do irritation in the gums also sometimes you can see the kids will start screaming so either of of the two could be the real
