Hello . are first molar painful for babies in coming out ? my 1 yr and 10 month old daughter is suddenly very irritable and cranky ..I can feel her molar coming out and many gums swollen...she had her teeth very late in 14 month is it possible for many teeth to emerge simultaneously

A. Hi. yes usually complete set of 20 milk teeth among kids erupt by the age of 3-3.5 years . and irritated cranky behaviour is a common sign during the teething phase
