My daughter is 4 years 5 months old. Nowadays she dreams a lot at night. As soon as evening comes she starts scares from dreams. She cries a lot, tells i don't like dreams, it's scary or good i don't want to see it. She says when morning will come, i don't like night because of dreams. She is literally scared, not able to tell what was her dream. Before sleeping age cries for morning nowadays. Do I need to worry of her behaviour? What can I do here to relax her? Do I need to visit doctor?

She takes power nap during day time, plays, and do her rest activity normal. But as soon as she remembers night she scares. From near about 15-20 days she is facing this issue.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. they are also known as night terrors and many times they are related to the stress of the child so please see that during the daytime the child is relaxed otherwise the child will have such dreams again and again and make sure the child is comfortable and does not have any fear during the day and if it is still not improving take help of clinical psychologist
