hello all..hope all are good ..my 4year daughter have severe cough...may I know what medicine I can give as after 2years I m facing this situation..and now I m not staying in india .it's too difficult to consult any pediatrics present here..as i m waiting for our health card here .only cough is there.i m little bit of worried about the situation...can anyone suggest how to deal with this ..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. most of the medicines are not available without doctors prescription without knowing the type of cough not possible to advice Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
