Are you talking about continuing the multivitamin medications for the baby or for you?
There is no need for the baby and only vitamin d until one year of age

Yes Absolutely you can there is no restriction to that see from the time of birth it is recommended to go ahead with vitamin D supplement up till the age of 12 months and another multivitamin if your doctor has given that also you can give in easily for 3 to 6 months
