Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any health supplements or calcium or multivitamins to the child but if it is less than your doctor will examine and according to the deficiency the doctor will give medicine and tell till what time a supplement needs to be continued.
but it is at the same time advisable toz go natural by giving diet as per age of the child which contains all the important nutrients and supplements.
usually you have to give only iron and vitamin d supplements tox the child but that also in maintenance dosage and not as a deficiency dosage after medical consultation.

frankly telling you that it is not required
i mean it is not necessary to give this
as far as your child is looking happy and active, gains enough weight, showing no discomfort then no need of such extra supplements
