height and weight of my 5years son is not increasing ht-100cm and weight is 13kg. please provide us a solution to increase the height and weight. thank you

A. Yo child is about 5 to 6 KG is underweight as of now which is a major matter of concern and that is probably the height and growth of the child is also getting affected and a schedule require a full assessment with your treating doctor ones
