A. For 20 months old child you can include all family foods freshly cooked at home include whole grains cereal etc dal pulses and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables , milk and milk products encourage daily physical activity along with diet

A. hello there ma'am Please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby all home made food on daily basis and also you can download recipes from YouTube as per the baby age and taste. take care
