A. prefer giving protein rich diet. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

A. Hello dear parent, for toddler can eat anything that you prepare for your family members. Also give healthy green leafy vegetables to eat. Give fruits also. Also give coconut water, fruits juice, vegetables soup, everything that you prepare for adults at home. Good luck and take care
