as your child is 3 year old,there is no restriction on food.
so ,offer all Homemade healthy food which are made for whole family.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
keep offering different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruits,nuts , dairy products ,etc
