Head heat is 100 and body is 98 baby is crying heavy what can I do?

A. Crocin you can give to the child or any other paracetamol that is available to you basically your child is suffering I am crying because of fever only so give this medicine was a fever will start coming down the child would be more relaxed and if needed please consult your doctor
