Q.

He was not sleeping at night,he keeps waking up for 2 hrs once nd after feeding him only he sleeps.For some days he wakes 1hr once.We think I don't have enough milk nd it's not sufficient for him,i think he feels hungry. what to do if milk is not sufficient for him.

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Check if your baby is teething or having any tummy discomfort. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Consult your child’s doctor for advice. Good luck and take care.
